Join Us For Our Annual Four-Ball Tournament

All players must be current members of the Georgia Women's Golf Association (GWGA). GWGA members may partner with non-Georgia residents for Four-Ball. However, the non-Georgia resident player must pay a non-resident fee of $35 to participate and must have a valid GHIN number.

The entry fee is $450 and includes the tournament fee, green fees, cart fees, tournament prizes, tee gift, and taxes for two days plus range balls for tournament days.

36 holes of Four-Ball stroke play (net-95% handicap allowance).

Teams play as a field. Field limited to 100 Teams.

April 7th handicap revision used in accordance with USGA recommendations and World handicap revision System. Handicap indexes above the allowed maximum index of 30.0 will be adjusted down to this maximum for play in the Four- Ball tournament. The Tournament Chair reserves the right to confirm and adjust any handicap index.

GWGA Tournaments shall be conducted in accordance with The USGA RULES OF GOLF and Policies and Procedures established by the Georgia Women’s Golf Association.

Competitors shall wear appropriate golf attire. Only non-metal spikes are permitted. Cell phones must be turned to silent on the course.

Distance measuring devices that only measure distance are allowed. The use of devices that measure other conditions that might affect a player’s play (e.g., wind or gradient) are not permitted.

GWGA will post each player’s score via Golf Genius.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or reject entries and refund deposited monies at any time before and throughout the competition.

Registration for 2026 is open now until the deadline, April 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM.  Acceptance notices will be emailed once the entry form is received. The tournament roster will be available at gwga.org by April 14.

The GWGA Director’s Trophy will be awarded to the 1st Place NET winners.

1st Place NET and 1st Place GROSS winners will be awarded an engraved prize.

All winners will be awarded gift certificates valid for one (1) year to be redeemed in the Golf Shop at the Jekyll Island Golf Club.

Approximately 1/3 of the field will receive credit.
